Meet the team: Miguel Diaz
How long have you been working at Ivaldi? How did it all start?
I have been working at Ivaldi for a few months. I was working as a technical lead in an offshore company located in Michigan. Before Ivaldi, I was looking for a new job thinking in a startup model; I wanted a new job with many challenges, and at the same time, I wanted to see how a startup grows up. I believe Ivaldi is presenting to me all of these desires that I had in my mind.
What is your expertise/ role?
I am a Software Engineer. At this moment, I am helping to build Ivaldi’s software platform.
What’s your favorite part about working at the company?
I can see the proactiveness is a great value. Everybody clearly understands Ivaldi’s goals. I can feel every integrant is doing all the best all the time.
What are the company’s values you stand for?
Empowerment and teamwork are a fantastic way to make things happen.
How do you spend your time outside of work? What do you enjoy doing?
I love to be with my daughter and my wife. I try to balance myself doing exercise and learning new technologies. Right now, I’m very interested in learning blockchain.
